In my dreams, there is a man.
With wings of light so blinding,
He kneels in the shadows,
A multitude of chains around him.

Man with wings of flame,
What binds you so?
Have you not the strength nor will to stand?
Man with eyes of thunder,
What beats within your heart?
Is it hope?

Why is it I am drawn to you?

In my dreams, I approach the man.
Kneeling beside him,
Feeling the tears slide down my cheeks,
I wrap my arms around him.

Man with a touch like fire,
What makes you tremble so?
Is it our hearts that beat as one?
Man with lips like honey,
What breaks away these chains?
Is it my love for you?

Could it be that we are fated?

In my dreams, I'm with that man.
